Today is World Mental Health Day!
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought many changes to our lives and, thereby, also impacted our mental health in many ways. Nonetheless, that’s what led society to have a greater understanding of the importance of mental health.
However, there is still a stigma around mental illnesses and, especially, around seeking help. So, let’s raise awareness of mental health and reduce its stigma! Remember: Your mental health is always important!
